T and I passed by this famous traditional Taiwanese breakfast store on the way to my uncle’s house to get some traditional Taiwanese breakfast for everyone. My aunt also cooked chicken and mushroom congee.

After that, we hung around the house until lunchtime and then we walked to Carrefour. We saw a bunch of uprooted trees on the way. It was so sad. The restaurant we wanted to eat at wasn’t open because of the muddy water issue. Because of the typhoon, our waters are muddy/cloudy. Ugh. We decided to eat at the food court and there were a lot of people so we had to wait for a while before we got seats. After lunch, we were supposed to buy water but they were all sold out. We also went to other places and there weren’t any water left.

I had planned to go to Treasure Hill but for some reason, we just didn’t end up going. There were also plans of going to Costco but that didn’t pan out either.  Spent the afternoon playing games and eventually falling asleep. Woke up and it was time for dinner, which means that I just basically spent the whole day eating and sleeping.
