If you’re looking for a resto that serves comfort food, then you might want to try eating at Whistlestop. It’s this restaurant along Jupiter St. Makati City (near RJ Bar and Fiamma) that boasts of being open 24 hours a day 7 days a week since 1977. I had lunch there last September 6. I can say that their food is delicious. It’s what you can consider simple but yummy food.

I especially liked the Spanakopitas (2 kinds of cheese wrapped in filo pastry), because it was very cheesy and it wasn’t that greasy. I also liked their ice tea because it was different. I heard that it was ice tea mixed with mango? I’m not sure though. We don’t have a lot of pictures because we didn’t have cameras. We only had cellphone cameras and the lighting wasn’t that good.
