Workshop, Gateway!

Standard

Hitched a ride with Kimbies to school. We were supposed to have a make-up class for Span 45 but our prof canceled and so I was able to attend even the morning session of the workshop for Speech 111. I thought the workshop would start at 8, but turns out it was set for 9 so I just went to the lib to wait. I started doing my homework and then went back to THY for the workshop.

One day workshop on transformative speech by Michael Burton. The breathing exercises were cool. It made me relax and it made me feel free! If only it came naturally. Saw M during lunch time and so we got to talking. Went back to the workshop after lunch.

Chirophonetics was cool! It was like getting a massage. I felt so sleepy because of that, and at the same time, I was envious of the volunteer! Haha boys!

The group poem thing was all right but I didn’t really know anyone from my group so it was weird. We were shy and so we weren’t really that expressive. The third group had the best performance. Of course, they already knew each other and they were even from the same org! Tss.

Met up with Metch after the workshop and we went to Gateway to claim our free donuts from Krispy Kreme! Yay, thank you so much Krispy Kreme! It’s been a long time since Metch and I saw each other and it was nice to be able to meet up and talk! Went to the food court to buy onion rings after the donut! Haha!

Went home after that.

Mom brought home Seafood Rice from Mei Lin and Tuna Pie from Jollibee for me! Yum! I didn’t like the fact that the Seafood Rice had a LOOOOT of peas though! Haha.

Did my homework and stuff! Lalala.
